Campsite staff organise entertainment most days by way of "Kids clubs" We will also gladly provide, at no extra charge, cots and High chairs.....Please just ask when you are booking. Grown ups are not forgotten either. Various activities are available on site. Not least the "Acrobat" tree adventure. Cycle hire, pony rides, go-carts, bouncy castles, refreshment bars and takeaways. Kids are happy...Grown- ups are happy!!

Benodet beach just 1km. from the site is a very large white sand bay. Never crowded and perfect for the younger children. Benodet prom has a multitude of eating places an gift shops for all budgets. The coast line has so many beautiful and attractive beaches and towns for 25 miles in both directions and a road system which make it so easy to reach them, that you would have to stay for months to see them all.

As well as campsite shops to sell neccessities such as fresh bread, milk, etc you have large well stocked supermakets for almost everything else within easy walking distance of both sites.

We have many choices of activities on and off site. These range from the above ground tree adventure to swimming and boules The campsites are ideally situated for cycling, fishing, walking, horse riding, water activities and much much more.Please ask us for details. Places of interest include the many nearby towns and villages with their mediaeval architecture and squares. Many beautiful botanical gardens open to the public. Museums and Oceanography centres, some with interactive exhibitions and nearly all with participation rooms for the younger ones to get involved.

Your hosts Dan and Maureen Jennings are present on site at Benodet all season to make sure you get the personal attention that we promised you.

You are free to arrange your own ferry crossings. However, we have an arrangement with Brittany Ferries which enables all our clients who confirm a holiday booking with us to get a minimum of 20% discount on Brittany Ferries crossing from the U.K. and Ireland, (Cork to Roscoff)

On our "links" page we have links to airlines that serve Brittany from U.K. and Ireland together with a very useful link to a car hire web page which will give you price comparisons to all the car hire firms operating from your chosen airport of arrival. We can also arrange linen for your stay at a very reasonable cost. Please just ask.

All you would normally have to bring would be Bottom sheets, Duvet covers, Pillow cases and towels. A couple of tea towels also would be handy! Also, EUROPEAN socket adaptors. Get them at the ferry port, or on the ferry, or airport. They are difficult to find in France.

We strongly advise you to take out both health and car cover. Shop around to find the best family deal.(Tescos, Sainsburys,Norwich Union etc.) Ask what you are NOT covered for health wise.(think kids playing games on the beach etc.. think grown ups joining in activities. Think being flown home.).....Please... just ask the question. The insurance company has to tell you! Your NHS European Health Insurance Card might not be enough.(www.dh.gov.uk/travellers) Check with your car insurance co. do you have foreign accident and breakdown cover and to what level.

French roads are good to drive on. Apart from the major cities you hardly ever see a traffic jam. Just take your time and plan your Route. Carry a map. If you do get lost look for a sign in the town or village that you are in which says "TOUTES DIRECTIONS" or "AUTRE DIRECTIONS" these will lead you to the nearest main road. Observe the same highway laws as in Britain and Ireland and you will be okay. There are a few MUSTS: You MUST carry a REFLECTIVE JACKET in case of accident or breakdown. You MUST have a RED TRIANGLE in case of above You MUST switch on your HAZARD warning lights again in case of above. You MUST have headlight deflectors on righthand drive cars. Get them on the ferry or at the port. Always carry identity/and insurance documents with you.

All our holidays are priced per mobile/per week, and NOT per person. We have no hidden or unexpected supplements. The price we quote you is the price you pay. All customers who confirm a holiday with us are given a travel account Number to quote to Brittany Ferries which will entitle you to a 20% minimum discount on your ferry fare from U.K. or Republic of Ireland(Cork /Roscoff). Holidays are considered confirmed by payment of just a £50.00 deposit. We have flexible change over days where availability allows.

NO, all we would ask is just a £50.00 pounds deposit and the balance would not have to be paid until 8 weeks before you depart on your holiday. Payments are accepted by card payment over a secure line and not the internet.

All our mobiles homes are inspected and issued with safety certificates ANNUALLY according to French Law which are just as strict if not more strict than U.K. law. Both our sites are highest grade 4* sites and one of the conditions of being awarded 4* is an annual inspection by Government appointed inspectors of all aspects of camp facilities including GAS safety.
